HARRIS, Associate Judge: On May 23, 1975, by a vote of 2-1, a division of the court released an opinion in this case reversing the trial courts order which had granted appellees motion to quash service of process and dismiss appellants complaint on the ground that the court lacked in personam jurisdiction over the appellees. 339 A.2d 390. On July 10, 1975, we granted appellees petition for a rehearing en banc and vacated the May 23 decision. The case since having been reargued and reconsidered en banc, we now hold that the judgment of the trial court was correct and affirm.
